Chris Brown delivers big data analytics solutions to ÓÐÁϺÐ×ÓAPP’s defense and intelligence community clients. With more than 20 years of experience, Chris designed, developed, and deployed IT systems for a wide range of markets, from small commercial telecommunications companies to large, mission-critical applications for Federal Government clients.
Currently, Chris is a product manager for the firm’s open source, big data framework called Open Data Platform. He also develops data-driven health solutions for precision medicine.
An experienced enterprise architect, Chris has developed solutions on a wide range of platforms, from the UNIX mainframe and Windows to Cobol, Java, and Drupal (PHP), among others. His work focuses on data architecture, management, ingest, and storage—training and running machine learning algorithms and other analytics. Chris uses the latest open source capabilities, including the Hadoop ecosystem, Apache Spark, Apache NiFi, Blazegraph, and TensorFlow.
Chris holds a B.A. in business administration from the College of William and Mary.
