Holly Rollins leads ÓÐÁϺÐ×ÓAPP’s aerospace information warfare and cybersecurity business with a focus on the 16th Air Force. She also serves as a leader in our San Antonio, Texas office—the center of business for one of our major geographic markets.Â
With almost three decades at ÓÐÁϺÐ×ÓAPP, Holly has provided extensive leadership and subject matter expertise. As she has built and managed geographically dispersed teams, Holly’s responsibilities have included leadership development, mentoring, business development, capital planning, business case analysis, information assurance, cyber, and critical infrastructure protection. Holly is committed to the importance of cybersecurity and strives to ensure that data remains confidential, accurate, and available when and where needed.
Holly served on the board of directors of the Colorado Space Business Roundtable. In her community, she was president of the Monument Academy School Board and currently presides as chair of the Palmer Ridge High School building accountability committee.  Additionally, she has provided leadership as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion champion at ÓÐÁϺÐ×ÓAPP, as well as for the Society of Women Engineers.
She earned a B.A. in political science from Baylor University, an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership with a focus on cybersecurity management from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Holly also holds a Stanford LEAD: Corporate Innovation Certificate from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Certification of International Business from Johns Hopkins University’s Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies.
