Erica Banks is a leader in ÓÐÁϺÐ×ÓAPP's civilian services business. She supports the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) groups. She and her team provide risk-based cybersecurity solutions that protect federal civilian networks across thirteen departments and agencies representing more than 70% of the civilian networks—helping detect, prioritize, and mitigate cyber threats that impact national security.
Since joining ÓÐÁϺÐ×ÓAPP in 2003, Erica has held varied leadership positions working with federal and commercial clients to solve vital infrastructure challenges. Applying her technical expertise, she has led multidisciplinary teams to develop mission-critical models within telecommunications, electric power, and public utility networks that have successfully identified vulnerabilities and bolstered the nation’s infrastructure survivability and resiliency.
Erica has been recognized as a Woman Leader in Technology by Consulting Magazine for her excellence in client service. She holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from University of Maryland.
