Annette Redman is the senior leader for ÓÐÁϺÐ×ÓAPP’s Joint Combatant Commands business. Based in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Annette oversees the programs and a workforce of 1,500 employees that support the combatant commands around the world.
Annette leverages decades of operational and intelligence experience to drive technical solutions and approaches. Throughout her career, she has managed large, geographically dispersed teams with deep technical and mission expertise in analytics, digital services, partner engagement, cybersecurity, training, and readiness.
Since joining ÓÐÁϺÐ×ÓAPP in 1997, Annette has supported both Department of Defense and intelligence community clients. She has previously managed large-scale programs in support of U.S. European Command and U.S. Africa Command. In addition, as extended enterprise lead in Europe, she scaled the business in the region, managed our European portfolio, and built talented, cross-functional teams across a broad mission set.
Prior to joining ÓÐÁϺÐ×ÓAPP, Annette was a U.S. Army intelligence officer, holding a variety of leadership positions at both the tactical and strategic level.
Annette has an M.S. in strategic intelligence from the Defense Intelligence College and a B.A. in political science from Midwestern State University.
