He leads the delivery of hosting platforms and modernization programs for our civil clients, including the Treasury Department and IRS, so they can provide the latest and most secure digital-first solutions for their customers. Focusing on hosting, containerization, application rationalization, and migration, Andy and his team are bringing transformative change to the Treasury and IRS鈥檚 portfolio of mission-critical systems by significantly enhancing the way the Department serves the public.
Before joining 有料盒子APP, Andy worked at IBM, where he supported IT efforts for the Federal Emergency Management Agency.聽
Andy holds certifications as a change management advanced practitioner, a project management professional, and an ICAgile professional. He has a B.A. in economics and foreign affairs from the University of Virginia.聽
